Overview
automated.info is a web app we designed, built and run. It lets businesses produce everyday paperwork such as invoices, contracts, proposals and receipts in the browser, with a live preview and PDF or DOCX download, using one shared credit balance.
The goal
Small businesses often pay for several separate subscriptions or desktop apps just to send a quote, an invoice or a contract. The goal was one browser suite with no install and no monthly fee for occasional users, where you only pay when you download a finished result.
What we built
- 12 tools on the homepage: invoice, estimate, proposal, contract, receipt, purchase order, packing slip, credit memo and payment reminder studios, Timesheet to Invoice, a CSV data processor and a YouTube transcript extractor.
- Live preview with autosave. Previews are free, 1 credit is charged on the first download, re-downloads are free for 7 days, and failed jobs are not charged.
- A shared credit system with one-time packs that never expire and 2 free credits after email verification, paid through Stripe Checkout.
- Forum Seeder: AI-generated thread drafts for forums the user owns, with domain ownership checks by DNS or file, approval before anything posts, and scheduled posting. It supports phpBB, XenForo, Discourse and more.
- Built-in guides, FAQ and structured data for search.
